The instructors offer a practice that's physically challenging yet sustainable, and they're passionate about growing Dallas' yoga community. Uptown Yoga

Uptown Yoga offers a warm, inviting space where everyone can feel comfortable learning. It provides a non-competitive community, and strangers often become friends. The studio's founder helped establish One Love Dallas, which is an organization that encourages yoga students to expand their practice beyond their mat to add to the collective healing of the world.
