St. Patrick's Day Parade

For the past 40 years, Dallas has hosted one of the largest St. Patrick's Day parades in the southwest. This year's parade will take place on Saturday, March 14 at 11 a.m., but you'd better get there early because over 100,000 people are expected to attend. The parade starts on Greenville at Blackwell and ends at SMU Blvd at Yale. With almost 100 floats, it's sure to be entertaining.

Wizards and Witches Beer Festival

Get ready Harry Potter fans- the Wizards and Witches Beer Festival will be held March 21 at Texas Ranger Stadium! You'll be able to taste twenty different beers, ciders, and wines in a magical wonderland. There will be plenty of photo ops and mischief for both wizards and muggles!

The Dallas Arboretum Food and Wine Festival

On March 28 and 29, when you purchase a ticket to the Dallas Arboretum, you'll be able to go to the Food and Wine Festival. There will be samples to taste as well as demonstrations to watch and vendors with unique items for sale. At this time of year, the blooms are gorgeous and the festival is an added bonus. Buy tickets ahead of time because the event usually sells out.

Deep Ellum Arts Festival

If you love art, music, food, and free fun, you will definitely love the Deep Ellum Arts Festival. On April 3-5, the vibrant and eclectic neighborhood will host a huge party for the 26th year. There will be over 100 musical acts and over 200 artists sharing their talents. Note that concessions need to be purchased with coupons that you can buy from the coupon sales booths throughout the festival.
