Owned and operated by attorney Michael Peticolas, this brewery may not exist had Peticolas not fought the city of Dallas to allow breweries. Fortunately, the courts ruled in his favor and today, the Peticolas Brewing Company makes its home in Dallas's design district. The enviable beer menu features award-winning brews like Great Scot!, a Scottish ale that won gold at the Great American Beer Festival. Texas Ale Project

Since opening its doors in 2014, veteran-owned Texas Ale Project has proudly produced ales using a multi-step mash brewing technique. This approach combined with the highest quality ingredients results in a well-balanced aroma and taste. The menu at Texas Ale Project includes year-round favorites like a double IPA, an amber ale, and a citrus pilsner. Hard seltzers, limited release, and R&D beers are also available.
