Spend a Day at the Mandalay Canals near Dallas

Inspired by the famous canals of Venice, the Mandalay Canals wander through shops, restaurants, and hotels. They feature old-world charm and offer picturesque views of waterfalls and vine-covered bridges.

Whether you want to enjoy time on the water or stroll along the cobblestone walkway, you'll find plenty to see and do. Here is some of what you can discover near our Dallas high-rise apartments:

Water Trike

For time on the water unlike any other, rent a water trike. The trikes feature three wheels, wide paddles, and flexible steering. They're fun and easy to ride and can be pedaled by one or two passengers. This fun experience lasts for 55 minutes.

Standup Paddleboarding

Stand Up Paddle North Texas provides a unique adventure on Lake Carolyn and the canals. The friendly team will offer lessons before you take to the water. You'll learn skills like turning and sculling and can paddle alone or in a group of up to 60 other paddlers. For added fun, join Stand Up Paddle North Texas for a Saturday evening sunset tour. Boards and paddles are provided.

The Ginger Man

After spending time on the water, step inside The Ginger Man. Named after a novel, this pub is known for its spirited setting, delicious food, and more than 100 beers on tap. On a nice night, dine under the stars on the patio. It offers scenic water views and plenty of seating so you can enjoy a meal with friends. Lunch and dinner offerings include Atlantic salmon, spicy chicken sandwiches, and ultimate bacon jam burgers. Pair your meal with a pint of Saint Arnold Lawnmower and Samuel Adams Summer Ale.

After a day at the Mandalay Canals, enjoy an evening with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. If you would like to call Cirque home, please contact our leasing team. They will gladly show you everything our luxury apartments in Dallas have to offer.
